If you value your free time I would recommend steering clear. Final word is you will love this job if you can't wait to see the next machine and try to figure out what is wrong with it and don't mind staying up til 9:00 pm on call for half the year. You have to learn tons of courses, keep track of computer certs, device renewals and more. You start around 8:30 and get home at around 5:30. It may be structured different in other territories but in mine half the year I am on call and sometimes have to be for 2 weeks in a row especially around busy holidays. be warned if you join they own your whole day for half the year.
